package ‘ROracle’ is not installed for 'arch = i386'

Hi, need help.

32 Windows PC, installed R 3.2.2. download ROracle_1.2-1.zip.

From RGui console Packages, install package from local zip file. Message: package ‘ROracle’ successfully unpacked and MD5 sums checked

From RGui console, Packages, Tried to Load ROracle, got this message: Error: package ‘ROracle’ is not installed for 'arch = i386'

Searched and did not find a solution. Newbiee.
