Package naming Convension

Hi All,

Can anybody please advise which of the below mentioned should be used for package name?

1) a.b.c.{color:#0000ff}system name.versionnumber{color}

Or

2) a.b.c.{color:#0000ff}system name{color}

It will be really helpful for me if you can advise reason for the choice.
