Package Creation Option Greyed Out

Hi All,

I am on SQL Developer version 4.0.0.12 Build MAIN-12.84. My Java version is 1.7.0_40. I am accessing SQL Developer from Windows 7 x64 laptop. I tried creating a new package by accessing package creation wizard. The problem is that all items under Database Objects category are greyed out.

Is this fixed in the later versions of SQL Developer ?
