P2V Conversion is very slow

hi,

iam using ovm 2.2

while doing p2v ,it took me 2 hrs for 2 machine conversion which had disk size of 80 GB.

whereas after that when i started p2v for other set of machines , it took about 9 hrs for 2 conversion which also had disk size of 80 GB.

i can't understand why its taking so long time

i have 210 physical machines which needs to converted to VM guests

i check with the n/w admin as per them n/w seems to be perfect

please help....
