Hi,
I have been looking around for a good project management tool for internal tracking of projects within my development team at Oracle. The P-Track application, so far, looks like an excellent fit for what we need and I am eager to see if I can roll it out to my team. A couple of questions:
- We know internal teams can use apex.oraclecorp.com, but can we go ahead and use apeaxea.oracle.com to track our internal development projects?
- User on-boarding doesn't look straight-forward. There seems to be a 2-step on-boarding of users, one in the packaged app administration page, and then another to assign role to the user. Users don't get emails that they have been registered on the system. There seems to be no SSO integration.
- Is there a way to integrate with Oracle's SSO and manage users with DLs? For example, if I can add <manager>_org_ww, all users reporting into a VP should get seamless access - and when people move out of the org, they are automatically blocked out. Is that even remotely possible?
- Are there any teams within Oracle already using P-Track? Any experiences / feedback that will help me in my rollout?
