- Users want to be able to code an Owner Specific Waiver
- This does not exist. We would like to be able to upload a PDF of a waiver, Highlight a field, and drag and drop the response the subcontractor should be filling like “Title, Company Name, Type Amount” etc. (similar to Docusign)
- Compliance
- The Project Setup page will likely be affected
How and why does this idea contribute to the success of your organization?
- This improvement will save the user and team a lot of time. Being able to upload a waiver and code it on your own will prevent us from having to get manual waivers for 1,2, or even 3 draws, while waiting for Textura to code the waiver.
- Any user related to billing on both operations side and accounting side?
- If we need to track manual waivers, it is very time consuming to reach out to all the subs billing that period and ask them to sign waivers outside the system we both pay for? The lead time could be a day or two waiting and actual time spent prepping the manual documents could take hours.
