OWB Workflow,views,MV deployment through OMB Plus

Hello,

I want to deploy all OWB objects like tables,Views,Materialised Views,mappings and Process flows through OMB Plus.

Could someone please suggest how this can be achieved ?

I have some idea regarding mappings and tables but the main issue is regarding Workflows.
