OWB performance slow due to VPN connection link

Hi,

I need your advice on an Oracle problem. We are currently using Oracle Warehouse Builder but OWB runs extremely slow to the point that sometimes is unusable, not to mention frustrated.

The problem is that the Oracle database and other servers are on a different site, to be more specific on a different state and we totally depend on the VPN/connection link between the two sites for the OWB performance. The VPN/connection is fully used all day long.

We have escalated this to no avail, that is, our request to move server and database to our site has been declined, improving the connection link between two sites is not going to happen, we have use remote desktop to the other site but again we depend on the connection link so this doesn’t work.

Any suggestions how can we improve OWB performance????
