OWB login error

I installed OWB 9.2.0.2.8 in my new machine and when I try to connect to the OWB Client, I am getting the following error:

"API5022: Cannot connect to the specified repository. Verify connection information. Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Retry?"

This works in my old machine. Any solution for this? Thanks.
