OWB is a olap tool?

Hi!
I'm using OWB and in my tutorials I realize that through cube data viewer it is possible to analyse, create grafic, drill-down ou drill-up operation. So can we consider OWB as OLAP tools? What's the diference between OWB and discoverer in terms of OLAP?

I have other doubt. In cube data viewer, why can't I create a calculation? I would like to create the total calculation to each column.
