OWB Integrator for SAP

Hello,

We are testing OWB9i Integrator for SAP version 9.0.3.35.1, source
system is SAP R/3 version 4.5B.
In order to reach further progress we need to get answers and
information related to following questions:

1. Does OWB Integrator for SAP 9i version 9.0.3.35.1 support
extraction of group hierarchies (e.g. cost center hierarchy)? How to
proceed by this extraction?

2. The generated ABAB code cant be run or deployed (buttons "Deploy" and "Run" in application window are not accessible)
. Which conditions must be fulfilled in order
the code is runable or deployable?

3. Are there any special procedure by extraction of tables of the pool?
type?
