OWB accessing ADABAS in OS/390

Is it possible that the OWB access ADABAS in OS/390 without using Oracle Gateways?
My OLTP database is in ADABAS and i don't intend to migrate to Oracle for while, but my DataWareHouse is Oracle.
Is it possible to load data from ADABAS to Oracle, without using Oracle Gateways, 'cos it it is not possible, my ROI project will become obsolete.
