OWB 10gR2 ERROR: Creating Repository Owner

OWB10gR2 + 10gR2db

when i use the repoistory assistent to create a repository owner,
i get this error at 73% of the installation process:

i did remove any java software, re installed the db and warehousebuilder.... any ideas?
