OWA 2013 Logout error after integrating with OAM for SSO

We have integrated OWA 2013 with OAM 11gR2PS3 for SSO using impersonation method however after integration we are encountering error in OWA logout. When user clicks on logout in OWA 2013, the user ends up having error 404 from OWA 2013.

We have tried excluding the URLs for OWA logout(/owa/logoff.owa) from OAM resource list however this didn't work. Please suggest.
