OVM Manager - Error invalid compressed data to inflate (during installation)

Hello All,

I am trying to install Oracle VM Manager on Oracle Linux ( a virtual machine),
I have completed prerequisites for OVM manager. After executing the script runInstaller.sh, I am getting an error at Step 5 of 9 : ADF ...
Retrieving Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) ...
Unzipping Oracle ADF ...

Error invalid compressed data to inflate
bad CRC 1d100dff (should be 0e89fbe9)
file #196: bad ziple offset (local header sign): 50258972
