We usually do hard partitioning for VMs by pinning specific CPUs to virtual machine. I understand that with this setting the any CPU request from VM will be restricted to the pinned CPUs.
On this note, I want to understand that if the OV Servers has some VMs with pinned CPUs and some are no pinned, will OVM utilize the pinned CPUs for requests from VMs with no pinning.
This is just to understand that if pinned CPU is shared or not.
