OVLM - Adding host error

Hi,
I have installed OVLMwith version ovirt-engine-4.3.6.6 on Oracle Linux 7.6
When I want new host to cluster everytyhing is ok but I get a loop of notifications in Manager:
Thoose notifications are showing all the time - evean after reloading the site and restarting the server

I have removed both hosts from cluster and added the again with the same result.
Restart of manager did not help.
I have even reinstalled the manager from scrach without any better result

Do you have any ideas how to solve this
