overquota problem

Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 6.2-8.04 (built Feb 28 2007)
libimta.so 6.2-8.04 (built 19:28:07, Feb 28 2007)
SunOS mail2.secure.tmnet 5.10 Generic_125100-09 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V890
Whenever I send an email to this user, a delivery failure was received due to overquota, BUT, this user did receive the email, and the mailbox also empty. Is just overquota msg will be send out even though the msg will reach the mailbox and the mailbox also empty.
When I login as this user and try to send email to humself, the below failure delivery was received both frm postmaster.
