overlapping dates

Hi All,

How can i find records with overlapping dates. I have three columns- Column_ID, Date1, Date2

Ideally Date 2 is always greater than date 1 for Column_id but what if i have 5 records for same column_id and date2 in on of them is less than date 1 of any other?
