OVD: Quality Management Certification/Appraisal

Hey Everyone,

Can someone point me to documentation on quality management for OVD? My client is going through a security review and wanted to know if OVD was certified/appraised for ISO 9000 or CMMI. I was unable to locate anything in the manual relating to this.

If not, does Oracle have its own documented process for quality control?
