Application Development Software

I am trying out backup/restore (cold at database level). But when i restore beehive database i do not see items in outlook.Before restore i had deleted all items from my workspace using outlook. I do not know if this is problem at outlook end or beehive server end.But i can see emails using zimbra web client which make me think at least for emails issues is at outlook side. Is there a way to see documents(personal/public) in zimbra web client ? In my current setup i can see only emails in zimbra. Is there any setting/option that i have to enable/disable for outlook to show the items which it had already read but deleted before restore ?
