Out of memory problem in TOAD

hi,
I tried to save the data into taxt file from a table having 35lakh records.it's take so much time to complet and after long time it's shows msg "out of Memory".

I m on client machine of oracle 9i ,and the told version :7.4.0.3.

pls help me how can I save the data into file.is there any way to create file on clinet machine using PL/SQL?
is any why to do this by sql developer tool?
