Out of Memory Exception in workshop IDE

Hi All,
This is regarding the out of memory exception which i often get in workshop IDE.. Currently am using 10.3.2 version of it..Tried increasing the heap size but of no use..Its really annonying that i have to restart my machine whenever i get this exception and it takes hours ... It happens often during

1. Build Project
2. Start the server
3. Publish the project

Kindly let me know the solution for this..

If incase need to increase my heap size, plzz let me know the steps so that i can verify with what i did earlier..
