OUI-25031 error during installation period

Hi All,

actually i tried to install oracle10gR2 on RHEL5.3 version through Vmware...i have the following configurations..

RAM - 3GB
HARD DISK -320 GB
OS VERSION - RHEL 5.3_64bit version
ORACLE VERSION - oracle10gR2_64bit
Vmware Version - Vmware7.0

I have done the all the prerequestise as per the oracle document..but i have facing the problem during the installation of CONFIGURATION ASSITANT PHASE..i had got the OUI-25031 ONE OF THE CONFIGURATION ASSITANT failed..

i am new one for oracle with linux..could you help me what is the reason for this issue...and also give the resolution for this issue..please..
