oui-10133 invalid staging area. there are no top level components

Hi,

I'm trying to install oracle 11 g on XP Pro Sp2, but it gives this Error
"oui-10133 invalid staging area. there are no top level components".

I already set the environment variable and i dont know why it refuses to complete the installation.
