OUI-10022:The Target Area Cannot Be Used Because It Is In An Invalid State

Hi,

I have installed oracle client 12 c client for windows 64 bit .I am able to access my databases after configuring TNS.

ENVIRIRNMENT VARIABLES

**ORACLE_HOME:**C:\app\client\product\12.2.0\client_3

path :C:\app\client\product\12.2.0\client_3

TNS_ADMIN :C:\app\client\12\network\admin

I am able to access the databases through SSR reports design view . Data sets Querying.

But , the preview gives the following error:

I tries to install Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) with Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio. But getting following error. Please help.
