we are running OUD 12c and have problems with some users.
We have upgraded OUD from version 11g to 12c and have now problems with users that have umlaut characters like "ä, ö, ü". The upgrade was a part of the OIM Upgrade from 11g to 12c. The users can be found in LDAP, but these users and their attributes cannot be displayed. We tried several ldap browsers, for example Squirell oder Apache Directory. I think these users have become corrupted after the upgrade. For this reason LDAPSync is no longer working.
Do you know if there is a problem in OUD 12c with umlaut characters? Could you please give me any hint on where to look in OUD?
