We would like Oracle to offer an option to clone OUAV and BI Publisher reports from Production to Test during environment clones, or as a separate post-clone activity.
This is important because, during upgrade and regression testing, we rely on certain OUAV/BI Pub reports as part of our verification process. If the reports in Test do not match Production, it increases manual effort and creates risk in testing, since discrepancies may be caused by report differences rather than actual application changes.
Providing a report clone option would help keep Production and Test synchronized, improve testing accuracy, reduce manual migration effort, and support more efficient post-upgrade validation.
