OTS Testing manager unable to login

Hi.
I am using OTS 9.20. The Installation was success full, and I am able to connect to Oracle Load testing web module, Administration module of OLT.
But I am unable to connect to OTM. I can connect to its client version.

On Administration when I select "Default OTM" and gives username =administation password=myown password. The following error appears.
"Unable to connect to database",

I have checked the ODBC and there connection is successful.
