I am confused about the applicability of OTN Licenses.
Company A, has Databases and Forms + Reports 14c (with the included WebLogic server) licensed on linux.
Company B, a one man software house has installed Forms standalone 14c on Windows and develops/tests/demonstrates a software, which eventually will be deployed at Company B.
So far an OTN license should suffice for Company B, correct?
However, after some time of production use of that software by Company A they want the software enhanced/augmented/changed.
Is it still acceptable for Company B to use their OTN do do that?
