The client offers flexible working time that allows workers to clock in/clock out during the office opening hours (7 AM - 6:30 PM) and if the workers work more than their contractual hours in a day, any excess hours will credit the flexi balance and shorter days will debit the flexi balance, etc and the worker can access their flexi balance and plan the days ahead accordingly. (i.e. if their balance is -ve, they can do long hours and if the balance is +ve, they can do less hours or take flexi leave, etc).
Has anyone implemented such flexi time using web clock/time card layout? Any help is greatly appreciated.
