OTA patent

Hi,

I know that this is slightly off-topic,
but some people here were talking about some copmany having a patent (in Europe probably) for over-the-air communication with a SIM card.

Can anybody give me some more information about it.
What is this company, and what exactly is the patent about.
Maybe a link somewhere in http://ec.espacenet.com

There are some patent containing OTA word, but they are not exactly about communication with the SIM.
