OT: Free XLIFF-EDITOR for translating Application ?

Hi again,

I want to translate the application A from en_us to de_de. Using the translation assistent I've exported the XLIFF-File. Doing the translation manually could be hard work.
Now I'm looking for a free tool that can handle xliff-files.

Is there any experience?
