oswatcher report failure

hi

im trying to produce os watcher report but getting this error, retention is set to 6 days so I dnt understand while files are missing ...

 

java -jar /opt/oracle/oswbb/oswbba.jar -i /opt/oracle/oswbb/archive  -P -B APRIL 27 15:00:00 2016 -E APRIL 28 14:00:00 2016
