osimulate is verify failure: exit code 256 for crsctl_check_crs

Redhat AS 4 (x86_64) 10.2.0.5

While trying to apply crs patch (9952245)

we are getting above error let me know why we are getting the steps i followed.

srvctl stop instance
srvctl stop asm
srvctl stop nodeapps

as a sudo root

crvctl stop crs
export environment PATH=$PATH:$CRS_HOME/OPatch:$CRS_HOME/bin:$ORACLE_HOME/bin (I set all the environment variables)
verified which opatch
verified prerequisites succeeded.

then

cd 9952245

opatch auto
then it gave the above errors. Please help me very urgent.
