OSB version

I am a newbie, I would like to know how to reliably find the version of OSB.

From OSB Eclipse:

When i do "Help --> About" i get this one as mentioned, i want to actually use OSB 10.3.1 (that is the MP1),
Version: 10.3
Build id: 1137967

Can i assume that i am running a older version?

From OSB Test site: About Service Bus Link
Oracle Service Bus Version: [WebLogic Oracle Service Bus 10.3 Sat May 30 06:12:38 EDT 2009 1223943 ]

I assume that we are not using the MP1, is this correct?

Are their any steps to upgarde?
