OSB Validate Component (DesignPalette)

Good afternoon,

I am writing to know, what is the .jar which corresponds with Validate Action of Design Palette in OSB (I was looking in OSB/lib and OSB/module but i don not found anything respect to this).
I would to know which is the code that validate component use for access to the resource selected by the user (xsd or wsdl).

I would be grateful for a detail answer.
