OSB - Unable to retrieve files from freeSSHd (built-in SFTP server)

the OSB version is 10gR3(10.3.1.0) with weblogic server 10gR3 and oracle workshop 10gR3 on Windows Vista Business Edition.

I have written a OSB proxy service that retrieve data using user authentication(username-password) from freeSSHd and I have configured SSH for freeSSHd and OSB correctly, but the proxy service never finds any files and there isn't any error/exception in server console.
I see following log of the sftp server:

The files are in the "preLodgmentValidationBatch" directory for the user, so I am certain that it isn't a pathing issue. I'm just running out of ideas.

it seems that the proxy service can lists the directory on the sftp server, but can't finds any files (actully, there are several files in the directory) and then retry 3 times.

Some questions I have are:
1. has anyone experienced/resolved this issue before?
2. Is there any way to see osb logs?
3. Is it bug of OSB 10gR3(10.3.1.0)?

btw, I have also written a business service that put data to the same sftp server. it works rightly.
