OSB/SOA - OWSM Rest policy validate Oauth OAM token using JWKS dynamica endpoint

Hello Experts,

we have requirement to use SOA/OSB 12.2.1.3 version to use OWSM policy to validate OAM12c token using JWKS endpoint.

policy: oracle/multi_token_rest_service_policy

OAM 12c configured with domain specific JWKS endpoint that will rotate key dynamically hence adding to OWSM keystore in static will not solve the problem.

is there any way to add JWKS endpoint directly in OWSM policy that will take care of JWKS endpoint and validate token?
