OSB: Routing Response Pipeline

Hi,
I have a routing stage in my OSB Proxy Message flow . When the business service returns a SOAP fault (HTTP 500), OSB is not invoking the routing stage error handler, instead the processing continues at the routing response pipeline. I have the fiddler output for the service I am calling, is there anything wrong with the response that is causing OSB to not recognise fault?
