Using the web GUI restore from catalog errors with 'can't resolve "/etc/LocalVNC.display" - name not found (for example)

Using the web GUI restore directly from media works to restore same data

Using obtool to restore from catalog or directly from media works.

We just installed OSB, learning so be gentle please. We intend to use the web GUI and not use OSB through Oracle Enterprise Manager
