OSB endpoint URI management at deployment time

Hi, I am using SOA Suite 12c and JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.

Can be OSB business service enpoint URI changed at deployment time.

I case of SOA composities you can create Configuration Plan for different environments.

Is there similar concept in OSB?
