OSB Configuration/licencing help needed

Hi,

I need to build a backup configuration (WebQuote) and being new with OSB don't know how to licence it. Found one item in WebQuote (L101634 Oracle Secure Backup - Stream Perpentual, Unit list price 3,039.00). Could anybody please shortly describe what is needed from licencing point of view when building a backup configuration with OSB, thank you. Or, where I could find instructions how to the licencing model works. Thank you in advance,
