OSB and OWSM : can't select the option "From OWSM Policy Store"

Hi,
I have install OWSM for my Domain (extend) and I have configured keystore in EM.
With OSB console I will to configure Polices for my Proxy Service, but I cannot select the "From OWSM Policy Store".

Did you have an Idea ? What I forgot to do?
