OSB 12c: Raise Error custom error code

What's the reason one cannot raise a custom error code?

Since I can catch the error I don't understand why there's no possibility to raise dynamic error codes.

In OSB 12c, is there a possibility to raise a custom fault when the response isn't acceptable?
