Need experts input on how we can avoid server restart every time we update jars which are referenced by java call out activity in OSB Proxy service.
Will bundling all common jars in a separate shared library help? as described in below blog:-

We are looking to provide flexibility to update jars without any server downtime . There will not be any change in signature of java operations.
Any other approach which can be followed to achieve this requirement?
