Orion I/O Test Tool

78965Dec 12 2005 — edited May 31 2006
Has anyone been able to get Orion (the Oracle I/O test tool) to work on a x86_64 server running RedHat Linux AS4? I'm having problems getting this tool to work and I'm wondering if perhaps it is only intented to work on x86 32-bit servers.

I get the following error:

./orion -verbose -run simple -testname mytest -num_disks 2
ORION: ORacle IO Numbers -- Version 10.2.0.1.0
Test will take approximately 16 minutes
Larger caches may take longer
