Orion Calibration Tool on AIX not using all Devices

PK125XLMay 23 2012 — edited May 23 2012
Hi,

we are trying to use the Orion Calibration Tool on AIX 64 bit.

Out test.lun file looks as follows:

test1.lun:
# cat test1.lun
/dev/rhdisk3
/dev/rhdisk1
/dev/rhdisk2
/dev/rhdisk0
/dev/rhdisk4
/dev/rhdisk12
/dev/rhdisk13
/dev/rhdisk14

We issued following command:

./orion_aix_ppc64 -testname test1 -run oltp -duration 30

But in nmon and iostat we see that only the first device is used, the first in the list:

Does anbody have experience with Orion under AIX ?
We tried to open a SR but the answer was that Orion is a not supported tool :-(

Any help is appreciated

Regards

Paolo
