org.hibernate.MappingException: invalid configuration in hibernate

hi,

i am new to hibernate.
while i am executing small program, below error occur.
what can i do to solve this problem, plz help me.

Error Code

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.hibernate.cfg.Environment).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
Exception occur:invalid configuration
