ORE installation issue

Hi all,

When installing the ORE in my surface pro with window 10, it gave me the error message as follows, after running the server.bat,

C:\OREserver>server.bat

Oracle R Enterprise 1.5.1 Server.

Checking platform .................. Pass
Checking R ......................... Pass
Checking R libraries ............... Pass
Checking ORACLE_HOME ............... Pass
Checking ORACLE_SID ................ Pass
Checking sqlplus ................... find: '/c': No such file or directory
find: '/v': No such file or directory
find: '': No such file or directory
Missing operand.
Pass
Checking ORACLE instance ........... Pass
Checking CDB/PDB ................... Fail
ERROR: cannot install ORE in a root container
PDB to use for ORE installation [list]: PDBORCL
Checking CDB/PDB ................... find: '/c': No such file or directory
find: '/v': No such file or directory
find: '': No such file or directory
( was unexpected at this time.

C:\OREserver>

Since then I still had no clue to get around this, even though searching all over online. Does anyone know how to resolve it?
